What’s included

+ A two hour workshop at your home.

In this workshop we will follow a structured process to understand your priorities, any constraints of the property and opportunities to improve the way your house works.

+ Early design ideas and cost guidance.

Using estate agent plans, we will loosely sketch out possibilities and different approaches to using the spaces you have.

We will also look to understand other works required to allow some initial ballpark estimates to be put in place.

+ A written summary and clear next steps.

Within one week of the meeting we will send you a summary report covering the following areas.

  • Key opportunities and constraints

  • Initial design ideas

  • Ballpark project cost estimates including design fees

  • The design process takes time and requires proper briefing, detailed surveys and thinking and drawing time. That is not possible within the price of this service.

    What we do try to provide is high level concepts around the best options - e.g extend, convert and existing space or adapt the current house. Or even a combination of these.

  • An example of the summary report can be downloaded below to allow you to see the type of information you will receive after the workshop.

  • Once a time for the workshop has been agreed, we will issue an invoice for payment in advance of the workshop to secure the booking.

  • No. There is no obligation for you to work with us on any future stages of your project.

    However if you do choose to proceed to the design stage with us, the cost of this service will be deducted from this fee.
